Hello! Thank you for taking interest in commissioning me! This page is here to lay out exactly what type of artist I am and what kind of art I am providing. I like to keep it as clear and simple as possible.However, if there are any issues or confusion, feel free to email me at [email protected].
Basics
Email is the default method of communication. Social media is not ideal for communication and will be rejected if no email is sent with the required information.Commissions are NOT for resale. My watermark will not be removed for any reason. Commissions are for personal use ONLY.All commissions are for personal use only. Such as: using a phone background, avatar, or anything not related to resale.Nor can you edit my work beyond cropping for personal use. Edits meaning such as changed colors, changing lineart, or altering the content of the work.I will post finished commissions to my galleries or portfolios unless otherwise asked not to. Complete anonymity is an option, where nether party posts the work to public areas.I have the right to decline any work I don't feel comfortable with, or if there are issues with communication. I can and will drop a commission at any point. (Details outlined in PAYMENT)
Process
Commission slots are limited, as to not overwhelm myself with too many projects. Slot availability is visible on the home page of my comms page.Standard turn around time is 30 Days from payment to finish. If there is any delays, I will notify the commissioner as needed directly. I don't do this on social media. It will be via email.By default, I share the sketch before committing to any more work. This is the point where I will ask for any major changes. After that point, I will not share updates unless requested or if I require input. These updates will be watermarked and lower resolution.I do NOT do "rush jobs", not even for an extra cost. Nor is there a wait list. It is first come first serve when slots are available. Number of slots are also subject to change depending on workload.
Payment
I only accept payment in USD via PayPal invoice. No CashApp, Venmo, or any other money-sending app. Nor can I accept other types of currency at this time. (This is subject to change.)Payment is expected to be sent within 72 hours (3 days) after invoice is sent or the commission will be dropped entirely. It can be picked up again later, but under a new invoice. And payment still will need to be paid in fully by a deadline.No work, not even a sketch, will be started until payment is sent in full. Payment via instalments or partial payments will not be accepted.I do not accept NFTs, Crypto, or any other virtual currency.Refunds are based on progress. A FULL refund can ONLY be issued at the sketching phase. Any time after that, if a refund is issued, only 50% of the total cost will be refunded. Tips are not refundable, nor is any money sent to my PayPal outside of an invoice.
References
Refences are important and necessary. I am not a concept artist and will not work from just text descriptions. However, I am able to work with descriptions along with visual refences.Ideal refs include a color palette, a pose idea (stick figure rendition count!), outfit reference, and maybe some mood ideas. Not all are required, but more the merrier in bringing your vision to life.Other acceptable refs include in-game screenshots, if applicable, with clear lighting and no filters. And plenty of close ups to small details you wish to have added.
Will Do
People, be it human, human with animal features, and furry.
Animals, be it pets or companions.
Couples of any combination. / Shippy things.
(tentatively) mecha and machines (anything from robots to cars)
Won't Do
Anything sexual / NSFW (temporary).
Gore / detailed injury or excessive blood.
Minor/underage characters in questionable situations. Explicitly no sexual or even suggestive situations.
Or anything that makes me feel uncomfortable that's not explicitly listed.
